Tim Donahue – Principal Tim is an organizational development consultant whose broad experience in strategy and execution has created impact for Fortune 500 and public sector clients. Tim’s 20 years of internal and external consulting has shaped his ability to partner with stakeholders from the boardroom to the back office.

Tim has worked with a broad variety of organizations on initiatives ranging from talent and leadership development to culture, change management and organizational communications.

Tim has been a human capital consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mellon Human Resources & Investor Solutions and The Concours Group, an executive education, advisory and research firm. He also held internal consulting roles with the corporate universities of Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers and was Director of Talent Development for Thomson Learning.

Tim is a former business journalist whose workplace articles were distributed nationwide by the Gannett Co., the parent company of USA Today.

He was a contributing author of Talent Readiness: The Future Is Now, published in 2010 by the Advantage Media Group. Tim has co-authored best practices articles and given keynote addresses on talent readiness.

Tim has an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in journalism from the University of Connecticut, with studies at the University of London.
